Dear all,
We are thrilled to see the fantastic updates about the vaccine and when they are looking to release this, however we wanted to take this time to remind you all that this does not mean we will instantly be back to normal. It is so important, especially over this festive period, that we stick to our local government restrictions for everyone's safety.
It is our collective responsibility throughout ASCO to keep everyone safe. We would like to remind you all of the basic disciplines:
- Wash your hands frequently with hot soapy water
- When coughing and sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a flexed elbow or a tissue
- Maintain social distancing at all times
- If you have a fever, a new, continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, get tested
We all have our part to play in keeping the virus at bay.
