Helping colleagues along the way
Our number one priority is to look after our staff and their well-being. For many years the ASCO Lifestyle team have received confidential requests for support on behalf of colleagues who are experiencing difficult circumstances. The reasons for requests vary greatly and the Lifestyle team make it their mission to donate to private appeals, organise SPA treatments or nights away for colleagues suffering from serious illnesses, arrange for flower deliveries or donations to colleagues who experience a tragic loss.

Since joining as a graduate almost ten years ago, I have had many opportunities to learn, develop and progress, and that's what's exciting about working here. I have held various roles, but I really enjoy the diversity of project management, as it allows me to interact with so many different areas of the business, and every day is different.
