Peter’s career in the fuels industry started with a summer job at Colvron Bulk Fuels Terminal in Essex. What followed was 30 years working across logistics, transport and retail that would later shape his leadership at ASCO, where he now leads the Fuels business. It is a career shaped by hands-on experience, a deep understanding of how the industry works in practice, and relationships built to last. In Peter’s case, some of those customer relationships now stretch back decades.
That experience gives real weight to his view of where the sector stands today. It is an industry under constant pressure, from oil and gas market volatility to growing scrutiny around process safety and regulation. As the market shifts towards more sustainable fuels, ASCO is adapting too, evolving its operations and looking ahead to the next opportunities.
