AIMS, our Integrated Management System harbours our proven operational processes which are followed consistently around the globe. We set standards for better practice and process optimisation and deploy these standards across all our global operations.
Despite the solid foundation provided by AIMS, we continue to evolve our clients and our own process efficiency with over 50 Lean6Sigma trained personnel and a full-time Lean6sigma coach (and black belt).
