COVID-19

As the novel coronavirus continues to spread around the world and cases are now being reported within the countries in which we operate, we are providing additional information for our colleagues to ensure that their health and wellbeing is not compromised, and to ensure that we effectively control any further spread of COVID-19.

Since the last 20/20 Communication was issued on 25th February, there have been lots of questions from those of you who are concerned about contracting the virus. To help everyone understand what it is we need to do at this time, the Group HSSEQ Team have developed two new documents which are attached above. These are:

Information for Managers

This document outlines what every Line Manager needs to do to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and the actions to take if a team member has visited or travelled through an area that is known to have reported cases. It also contains the necessary information required by our clients to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to any of their offshore installations.

Frequently Asked Questions

A compilation of the most frequently asked questions at ASCO has been produced to help provide some additional reassurance. It has also been complimented with the relevant Q&A's from the World Health Organisation's website that should help everyone to better understand and control the present risk from COVID-19.

These two documents will be published on Connect and must be shared with our colleagues who do not have access to a computer.

It is important to remember that there remains no cause for concern within the business at this time and if we all follow the guidance provided, and act responsibly, then the risk will remain low.

Kind Regards,

The HSSEQ Team
