Sustainability is one of ASCO's core obsessions, and we understand that this means more than just protecting the environment; it is responsibly managing our business, and our human, financial and natural capital, for the long-term benefit of all our stakeholders and the planet.
Our Group Sustainability Manager, Thuy-Tien Le Guen Dang, will speak about ASCO's journey towards Sustainability at the Aberdeen Douglas Hotel on Tuesday 30th of May.
At the event, hosted by SCDI as part of their Productivity Club Scotland, Thuy-Tien will deliver an address on "Sustainability, a fundamental obsession with ASCO", detailing our initiatives and commitment to be net zero before 2040, the challenges we went through as well as our lessons learned.
Scotland’s commitment to reaching Net Zero means that businesses have realised that sustainability is essential to making their business fit for the future.
Focussing on the north east of Scotland, the event aims to encourage participants to discuss what sustainability means to them and their organisation and share the actions they are taking to reduce their carbon footprint, regardless of where they are in their sustainability journey.
The interactive event will include group discussions, a Q&A and networking opportunities. It is free and open to all organisations, and you can register your attendance here.
