Overview

The Dangerous Goods Awareness course provides delegates with a practical introduction to the regulations governing the transport of dangerous goods by road and sea. It combines essential theory with practical guidance, giving delegates the minimum awareness-level training required under ADR and the IMDG Code.

Location

This course is usually delivered at our training centre, but can be delivered at a client’s premises.

Certificate

Delegates who successfully complete the course assessment will receive an NSL certificate of training, valid for two years.

Structure

The course includes both theoretical and practical elements. 

Course handouts

Course notes, sample documents, and use of ADR and IMDG Code manuals.

PPE required

Coveralls, hard hat, safety boots and gloves.
