Overview
Designed to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to plan, conduct, report and follow up audits of Quality Management Systems against ISO 9001, in accordance with the auditing guidance of ISO 19011. Equivalent to 40 CPD hours.

This course can be delivered in a classroom, online via virtual classroom, or in-house at a client’s premises for groups of 4 or more.
Certificate
Successful delegates are issued with a CQI and IRCA certificate, which meets the training requirement for registration as an IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.

The course is made up of both theoretical and practical elements, including audit workshops and role-play exercises.
