From South Korean shipyard to Corpus Christi site: Seamless supply chain for multi-platform delivery
A major offshore operator had suffered a costly logistics failure when electrical cabinets were left outside a shipyard in South Korea by a previous supplier, resulting in $10 million of losses. To prevent a repeat, we were appointed as Lead Logistics Provider for three offshore platforms destined for the Gulf of Mexico. Our mission was to ensure all components arrived safely, on time, and without disruption to project delivery.
