Approach
We combined strategic consultancy with hands-on execution, designing the 25,000sqm supply base layout, traffic flows, and personnel requirements. From early site assessments that covered security, lighting, and ground conditions to critical equipment procurement, we ensured the facility could transition seamlessly from concept to live operation.
After construction, we developed operational frameworks aligned with client and industry requirements, from materials requisition to emergency response. Local personnel were recruited and upskilled, receiving training on tools, processes and sustainability standards. resources. Our embedded team worked alongside them, transferring expertise and overseeing day-to-day operations.
The challenge was to deliver a fully functional base in just six months, built to international standards and capable of delivering Marine Gas Oil to offshore operations.
