Deborah Benjamin

Managing Director for Trinidad & Tobago and Suriname

Deborah Benjamin is ASCO’s Managing Director for Trinidad & Tobago and Suriname, leading the business across both markets and supporting its continued growth across the region.

She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across energy, retail, logistics and supply chain, with a strong track record in business development, operational performance and managing complex regional operations.

Before joining ASCO, Deborah held senior leadership roles across the Caribbean, working with international oil and gas organisations and global consumer brands. Career highlights include supporting the transition and rebranding of Shell operations to launch Sol Petroleum in the Eastern Caribbean, and the launch of Starbucks stores in Trinidad & Tobago.

Her experience spans upstream, midstream and downstream energy markets, alongside retail and distribution, giving her a broad commercial and operational perspective across regional markets.

Deborah holds an MBA from the University of the West Indies. 

Alisdair Duncan

Managing Director - ASCO Africa

Alisdair Duncan is Managing Director of ASCO's Africa business, with more than 20 years of leadership experience across logistics, operations and commercial management. Since joining ASCO in 2019, he has played a key role in establishing and growing the company’s presence in Senegal and now leads its operations and development across Africa.

He previously held senior roles with Peterson, EnerMech and Shell, bringing broad experience in business growth, operational improvement and team leadership. 

Warren McHardie

Managing Director Australia

Warren McHardie is ASCO’s Managing Director for Australia, leading the company’s operations and growth across the country, with a focus on expanding ASCO’s market presence and supporting customers across the energy and critical industries.

Warren brings more than 25 years of commercial and leadership experience across the energy, marine, logistics, transport and automotive sectors. Prior to joining ASCO in 2023, he held senior commercial and business development roles with Bhagwan Marine, where he was responsible for growth across the marine sector.

He previously spent more than a decade with Toll Group, including as Senior Manager for Chevron Projects within Toll Energy & Marine, alongside senior business development roles supporting the energy and logistics markets. 

Kevin Puetz

Managing Director of ASCO Manatokan

Kevin Puetz is Managing Director of ASCO Manatokan Oilfield Services, ASCO’s Alberta-based oilfield and environmental services business supporting customers across the Athabasca and Lakeland heavy oil regions of Alberta.

He brings more than 35 years of business leadership and financial management experience, with a strong background in growth strategy, business development, M&A, financial planning and operational performance.

Kevin has been part of ASCO Manatokan since 2012, previously serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Development. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles with Shaw Pipe Protection, WorleyParsons, Builder’s Energy Services and Agrium.

His leadership combines strong commercial discipline with a practical understanding of the operational demands of the oilfield services sector.

Simon Turner

Deputy Head of Environmental Services & Decommissioning

Simon Turner is Deputy Head of Environmental Services & Decommissioning at ASCO, with responsibility for supporting the safe, compliant and commercially successful delivery of environmental and decommissioning services across the UK.

He brings more than 30 years of experience across environmental services, waste management and energy operations. Since joining ASCO in 2006, Simon has held senior leadership roles across the business, including General Manager for Southern UK, where he was responsible for integrated logistics, materials management, environmental services and fuels operations.

A Chartered Waste Manager with the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management, Simon has extensive expertise in regulated waste streams, sustainable resource management and offshore decommissioning.  

Simon also serves as a Director of the East of England Energy Group (EEEGR), contributing to regional industry collaboration and the continued development of the energy sector across the East of England.

He holds an MBA from Robert Gordon University and a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Chemistry from Sheffield Hallam University

Lee Vettese

Lee Vettese

Regional Development Manager - Middle East

Lee Vettese is ASCO’s Regional Manager for the Middle East, leading the company’s growth and development in the market and supporting customers across the region.

He brings a strong combination of commercial leadership and technical expertise, with particular experience in environmental services and decommissioning. Prior to his current role, Lee was UK Business Development Manager for ASCO’s Environmental and Decommissioning business, where he led business development strategy and supported growth across domestic and international markets.

Lee has also played a key role in expanding ASCO into new markets, including establishing the company’s decommissioning business in Western Australia. Earlier in his career, he held sales leadership roles with Total Safety across the upstream North Sea and downstream Scotland markets.

He holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Physics. 

Mark Selby

Mark Selby

Head of UK Logistics

Mark Selby is ASCO’s Head of UK Logistics, leading operational performance and strategic transformation across the business.

A qualified engineer, Mark brings more than 15 years of experience across logistics, warehousing, materials management and complex operational environments. Since joining ASCO in 2018, he has held a number of senior roles spanning materials management, warehousing, performance improvement and strategic projects.

Prior to ASCO, Mark held engineering, materials and logistics roles with Amec Foster Wheeler, TAG Energy Solutions, Delta Controls and BAE Systems.

Mark specialises in turning strategy into practical, measurable change, with experience improving warehouse and materials operations, strengthening governance and planning, and using digital solutions to improve performance across logistics, transport and marine interfaces.

He holds an MSc in International Management and a BEng in Systems Engineering from Loughborough University. 
 

Andy Rodden

Head of Specialist Services

Andy Rodden is ASCO’s Head of Specialist Services, with responsibility for Lifting Assurance and Training, Workforce Solutions and Recruitment.

He has extensive senior leadership experience across the energy, marine, renewables, defence and aviation sectors, with a strong background in operational performance, business transformation and growth.

Since joining ASCO, Andy has focused on strengthening the Specialist Services offering, including introducing online booking for training and developing new market opportunities across the portfolio.

Prior to joining ASCO, he held senior leadership roles with Offshore Helicopter Services UK, Energy Transition Zone, A&P Group, Babcock International and Technip.

Andy holds an MBA in Business Administration from Robert Gordon University. 

Craig Revie

Head of Business Development, 

Craig Revie is ASCO’s Head of Business Development, leading the company’s growth strategy across core markets, new geographies and critical industries.

He brings more than 30 years of experience across energy, marine, defence and new energy, combining strong commercial expertise with a deep understanding of operational delivery.

Since joining ASCO in 2018, Craig has held a number of senior roles across Marine Services, Energy Transition and Specialist Services. This breadth of experience gives him a strong understanding of ASCO’s capabilities and how they can be brought together to solve complex customer challenges.

Before joining ASCO, Craig spent more than 16 years with Ultra Electronics and 12 years in the Royal Navy, where he developed his early leadership and technical experience in high-pressure operational environments.

Craig is particularly focused on identifying new market opportunities, building trusted customer relationships and developing integrated solutions that support long-term growth.

Group Head of Environmental and Decommissioning

Kelly Jane Smith is Group Head of Environmental and Decommissioning at ASCO. She was appointed to the role in January 2024, having joined the company in 2014 and progressed through a number of senior technical and account management positions.

She brings over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas services industry, with a strong track record in environmental and waste management, operational delivery and business growth.

Kelly leads the Environmental and Decommissioning service line across the UK and supports international projects, with responsibility for strategic direction, operational performance and the development of new and existing services. Her focus is on driving growth, advancing digital capability and delivering high standards across all operations.

She is a strong advocate for health, safety and compliance, and for equality, diversity and inclusion.

Kelly holds a first-class honours degree in Forensic and Analytical Science (with Chemistry) from Robert Gordon University and is a Chartered Resource and Waste Manager (CRWM). 

Angela Milne

Head of Materials Management and Warehousing 

Angela Milne is Head of Materials Management and Warehousing at ASCO, leading the company’s global warehousing, inventory and materials management function.

With more than 30 years’ experience in the energy sector, Angela has worked internationally across complex materials, supply chain and operational environments. She has held senior roles with Repsol, bp and Weatherford, specialising in materials management, business transformation and operational improvement.

Since joining ASCO in 2017, she has played a key role in transforming materials operations, including leading the development and implementation of an integrated Warehouse Management System across onshore and offshore locations.

Angela works closely with clients and senior stakeholders around the world to improve governance, optimise inventory and warehouse performance, and develop data-led solutions that strengthen operational resilience, efficiency and long-term value. 

Morten Nevland

Director of Global Freight Forwarding 

Morten Nevland is Director of Global Freight Forwarding at ASCO Group, where he leads the development and growth of the company’s international freight forwarding platform. His role focuses on strengthening ASCO’s capabilities within specialised freight forwarding, project logistics and complex transport solutions supporting global energy and industrial supply chains.


With more than 30 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, Morten has held a number of senior leadership roles across international logistics and distribution organisations. Throughout his career he has worked extensively with operational development, supply chain optimisation and commercial growth within complex logistics environments.


Prior to joining ASCO, Morten held senior positions within the logistics industry, including Director Project Logistics Norway at Kuehne + Nagel, where he was responsible for project logistics activities supporting the energy, marine and industrial sectors. Earlier in his career he held logistics and management roles with TINE, BAMA Gruppen, Coca-Cola European Partners and PostNord.


Morten holds qualifications in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from BI Norwegian Business School and has completed executive leadership development programmes including strategic leadership training at Cranfield School of Management.
 

Peter Hollister

Head of Fuels and Lubricants

Peter Hollister is ASCO’s Group Head of Fuels and Lubricants, leading the company’s marine gas oil trading, fuels storage and lubricants business.

He brings more than 25 years of experience across the operator and supply chain communities, with expertise spanning fuel supply, distribution, bulk storage, logistics, procurement and operational performance.

Prior to joining ASCO in 2019, Peter held senior operations and logistics roles with SIP Ltd, Harvest Energy and Total UK, where his experience covered refining, marine and inland supply, performance retail fuels and distribution.

Peter is also Vice-President and a Board Director of the Tank Storage Association, contributing to the development of the UK bulk liquid storage sector.

He holds an MBA from The Open University and an MA in British Government and Politics from the University of Essex.

Head of Marketing & Communications

Katie Begg is ASCO’s Head of Marketing & Communications, leading the company’s global marketing, brand and communications strategy.

A Chartered Marketer with more than 20 years of experience, Katie has held senior marketing leadership roles across the energy and financial sectors, working across the UK, Europe, the Americas, Middle East and Asia. Her experience spans brand development, demand generation, market entry, product and service positioning, digital marketing and corporate communications.

She has a strong track record of building marketing functions, developing new markets and translating complex technical and business propositions into clear, customer-focused campaigns that support growth.

Katie holds an MSc in Decommissioning with Distinction from the University of Aberdeen, alongside postgraduate qualifications in Marketing and Digital Marketing and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies. She is a Chartered Marketer and Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. 

Thuy-Tien LeGuenDang

Thuy-Tien LeGuenDang

Head of New Energy and Net Zero

Thuy-Tien is ASCO’s Head of New Energy and Net Zero, where she leads the company’s growth across low-carbon energy markets and works with customers and partners to support the energy transition.

With more than 20 years of international experience, she has built her career around developing new markets, shaping strategy and bringing people together around new opportunities. Her experience spans renewables, power, infrastructure and industrial sectors, with a particular interest in emerging technologies such as floating offshore wind.

Since joining ASCO in 2019, Thuy-Tien has held senior roles across marketing, sustainability and new energy, helping the business identify where its capabilities can support changing customer and market needs.

Before joining ASCO, she worked across strategy, marketing and business development roles in the UK and Europe.

Thuy-Tien is also a Non-Executive Director of the Energy Industries Council and holds an MBA with Distinction from Robert Gordon University.

Lynne McGregor

Lynne McGregor

 Head of Commercial Operations 

Lynne McGregor is Head of Commercial Operations at ASCO, joining the company in 2025. She leads the UK Commercial Operations function and plays a key role in shaping Group-wide commercial initiatives as part of the Commercial senior management team.

Lynne is responsible for developing and delivering the UK commercial strategy, ensuring a strong focus on commercial discipline and sustainable, profitable growth. She leads teams across Key Account Management, Contracts and Pricing, driving performance through improved processes, strengthened risk management and the consistent application of best practice.

Her focus is on strengthening value delivery across existing contracts, enhancing commercial resilience and positioning the business for long-term growth.

Lynne brings nearly 20 years of experience across commercial, supply chain and contracting leadership within the energy sector. Prior to joining ASCO, she held a range of roles with Baker Hughes, Petrofac and Technip, before progressing into senior leadership positions at Repsol, including Contracts Manager for Operations and Logistics. In this role, she led a high-performing team managing a portfolio of contracts exceeding £600 million in annual value.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Management (First Class) from Robert Gordon University.
