Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 0800 - 1700


Reporting to the Warehouse Team Lead, this role is responsible for ensuring that all return cargo returned to Dispersals is decanted and dispatched safely in a timely manner, with all applicable documentation to external vendor's and system updated to reflect. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare, inspect, and dispatch CCUs and cargo to vendors, ensuring all items are safe for road transport, correctly documented, and accurately allocated within company systems.
  • Verify returned equipment and cargo against manifests, photograph returns where required, and accurately record and report discrepancies, including raising non-conformances and SIDs as applicable.
  • Liaise with Transport Controllers and Drivers to coordinate the safe and timely dispatch of HCRs, priority shipments, and general cargo.
  • Ensure dangerous goods documentation and labelling comply with ADR regulations where applicable.
  • Participate in pre-job briefings, toolbox talks, and monthly safety meetings, promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant procedures, work instructions, and risk assessments, recommending improvements where appropriate.
  • Perform additional duties within the scope of training, competency, and certification.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

  • Proficient in the use of computers and digital technology, including tablets and mobile devices.

  • Experience or familiarity with equipment inspection processes and procedures.


Desirable Qualifications/Competencies

  • Current Forklift license
  • Previous operational/logistics experience
  • Dangerous Goods Awareness - ADR/IMDG
  • Knowledge and Awareness of Offshore equipment/vendor locations
